Thank you for choosing Chulien! Our products and services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.
By signing up or otherwise using the Chulien Service, website, or accessing any content or material that is made available by Chulien through the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service indicated at the bottom of this document.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions anytime. We advise you to check this page periodically for changes.
[A.] SUBMISSION OF ORDER
• No cancellation is allowed after you submit your order. Please be 101% sure that you will purchase the item and commit to pay on time before submitting an order.
• As you submit your order, you warrant to provide current, complete and correct account and purchase information particularly your email address, full name, shipping address, contact # and facebook account link for all purchases made at our store. You also agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as we needed.
• You may not use a false, invalid or inactive e-mail address, because updates and instructions will be sent to your email address.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
• It is your responsibility to regularly check the BOR (Buyer Order Reference Sheet) at this link tiny.cc/chtotal for order total, balance, order status, updates and errors.
• All Albums and Official Goods are imported directly from Korea & Japan and occasionally, depends on the country from where the album was originally released. (Taiwan, Thailand, China etc.)
• All Korean Albums (Hanteo & Gaon) & Japanese Albums (Oricon) you purchased from us are counted in Charts. Rest assured that your purchased album from us will help the kpop idol you love.
• All items are Official & authentic unless stated “replica”, “fanmade”, ”pink item”, “ph item” or “unofficial”
• All items ordered thru our website https://chulien.com are for pre-order unless stated “onhand”.
• All items ordered in our shopee account https://shopee.ph/chulien07 are onhand unless stated “pre-order”
• Prices posted on each item here in our website https://chulien.com is exclusive of shipping fee unless stated “free shipping”. However, purchases worth 500php and up made at our shopee account https://shopee.ph/chulien07 will be eligible for free shipping (if you choose Black Arrow Express as your courier). Please read [G.] DELIVERY / SHIPPING and (B.4) ONHAND ITEMS section to know more about this.
• All albums are brand new and sealed unless stated “unsealed”
• Official Posters are always of limited quantity and can be out of stock without prior notice. Probability of posters being out of stock is higher if you order the album after the release date. You can’t cancel your order just because of this reason.
• Freebies are given to all buyers whenever available.
(B.3) PRE-ORDER ITEMS
• If you ordered a “pre-order item”, it means that you are required to send your payment first, for us to process your order and forward your orders to our suppliers in Korea. It also means that you have to wait for weeks before receiving your item.
• All of our pre-order items are posted in our website: https://chulien.com
(B.3a) NEWLY RELEASED ITEMS(or items ordered before the release date)
[C.] BULK BUYERS / RESELLERS
• Special price will be given to bulk buyers.
• Minimum of twenty (20) official items (mix of official goods and albums) per batch.
• May still receive freebies from us but may or may not be the same as the freebies of the retail customers.
• Are required to pay atleast 70% downpayment for old released and newly released (without open slots) items.
• Can pay a downpayment of 300php per album for newly released (with open slots) albums.
• Can only add quantity to submitted orders but cannot decrease.
• Payments sent in other method will not be accepted unless listed in our Modes of Payment
• We STRICTLY require you to fill up our PAYMENT FORM (tiny.cc/chulienpf) right after every payment.
• Summary of your submitted payment form is sent thru email. Don’t forget to double check after filling up, if data you submitted (especially tracking #) is correct.
• Also, please send us your proof of payment (a photo or scan of payment receipt) to support your submitted payment form just in case you entered an incorrect data to avoid inconveniences. Send it at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “PROOF OF PAYMENT – Your Full Name (Order #)”
• We primarily check our Payment form for confirming payments. If ever you unknowingly submitted an incorrect data in our payment form, that is the only time we check the proof of payment.
• If you submit your proof of payment but failed to send the payment form, please expect that we will not be able to confirm your payment. We only check proof of payments for verification purposes.
• No payment form means no payment at all
• If we don’t receive a payment form from you on or before the deadline of payment even though you’re already paid, your order might be cancelled or moved to next batch
• For both party’s security, we don’t accept payments for pre-ordered items thru meet up. Please only send your payment thru our list of payment methods. You will only be allowed to pay on meet up if you are ordering an onhand item and will claim and pay the item upon meet up.
[E.] REMAINING BALANCES
• You have to settle all your remaining balances a week before the estimated date of arrival of your orders.
• Late payers will have to pay penalty of 70php per item
• You will only have 1 month to settle all your balances + penalty once your orders arrived to our place. Failure to comply means you allow us to cancel your order and forfeit your payment. No refunds will be made. (Regardless of the amount you paid).
• Orders with balances will be in least priority. Only orders with full payment will be shipped first.
• We will NEVER ship orders with balances regardless of the amount of balance
• If all the items already arrived to us and are all ready for shipment, we will require you to pay for ALL the remaining balance + penalty first before we ship ALL of your items. We don’t do partial-payment-partial-shipment process. Please also remember that you only have a month to settle your remaining balances.
• Products posted on Chulien.com are imported from different countries and comes from multiple suppliers. Thus, the arrival of the items you ordered might not be simultaneous. Although we follow our batch schedule, we cannot deny that release date of the item varies, due to that, ETA might be extended. Not to mention other unexpected factors (supplier schedule, holidays (in Korea and in PH), calamity, courier delays, etc.)
[G.] DELIVERY / SHIPPING
• For onhand items ordered in shopee and is shipped thru Black Arrow Express, please don’t expect it to be fast enough for it is only free shipping or offers the lowest shipping rates possible.
• Sorting and packing for shipment of pre-ordered items takes a week after we receive the packages.
• We carefully check, examine and pack your items before shipping. Making sure that it is complete, with correct quantity and versions, and will receive the least damage possible if being mishandled by courier.
• We test all the lightsticks and mark them as tested before shipping and make sure that they are lighting up before shipping.
• We will inform you thru email and SMS once your package has been shipped.
• Tracking # of your orders can be found together with the list of your shipped items at our BUYER REFERENCE SHEET (tiny.cc/chtotal)
•It is your responsibility to track your parcels daily.
• Once the parcel has been shipped, status of the parcel solely depends on the courier. Thus, we can’t decide if how and when the parcel will be delivered to you.
• Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions about shipment status once tracking number has been provided should be directed to courier and not to Chulien.
• Reshipping fee for the parcels that was returned to us due to incorrect address, unknown consignee or unclaimed for pick up in LBC/JRS/2GO Branch will be shouldered by the customer
• We may help you check your current parcel status with the courier, however, it is already your responsibility to follow it up daily until you receive the item.
• Meetups are always located at Robinsons Malolos, ground floor, right side of DQ or at Jollibee. Usually around 4:00 to 5:00 PM, Saturday. (but may change depending on the admin’s convenience)
• We charge no handling fee for Meet Ups.
• Individual or special meet up requests will not be entertained.
• If the admin forgot to bring your item during the scheduled meet up, then customer may request for special meet up based on the said customer’s convenience.
• We extremely disallow payments for pre-ordered items thru meet up. Only for onhand items that are to be claimed and paid upon meet up are allowed.
[I.] LIMITS OF LIABILITY
• Factory defects for sealed items such as missing photocard , other missing inclusions, CD does not play, missing song, folded pages, discoloured printing or anything that falls in this category is not under Chulien’s control. Thus, we can’t refund or exchange your item for this reason.
• Chulien will not be liable for any loss, delay, non-delivery or damage incurred on shipping due to following factors
- wrong/incomplete address
-inactive contact #
-unclaimed for pick up
-acts of God
-bad weather condition
• Chulien shall not be liable for loss or damage in your item arising from act of God or natural calamity during shipment from Kr to PH, during sorting and packaging, and during local shipping.
[J.] RETURN POLICY
• If there is any discrepancy on our end with the items delivered to you, kindly get in touch with us as soon as you receive your order.
• It is advisable to be very mindful of sending back the items, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit (not well packed)
• The products you return must be in new, sealed and good condition with all the original packaging and inclusions still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used or opened. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
• Refunds will only be given if and only if (1) the item/s are out of stock, (2) subject to a first party delay or (3) has pricing, detail or description errors.
• Change items will only be made if (1) the item/s are out of stock or (2) you received a wrong item
• Please note that refunds may take 1 to 7 days (or every Saturday) after you have received the refund notice, especially, if you want to receive your refund thru a requested bank or remittance centre. Please bear with us.
• We can immediately send your refund thru BPI or BDO for it does not incur a transaction charge and can be sent and checked online.
