By shopping with Aling Chulien, you're not just grabbing the latest albums and merch, you're also agreeing to a few important guidelines that make sure everything runs smoothly for both you and us.

1.    Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. Your account allows quicker checkouts, tracking orders, and accessing special offers. If any unauthorized activity is detected, please inform us immediately.

2.    Personal Information & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide during registration or purchase is securely stored and used solely for:

·         Processing your orders;

·         Delivering products to your specified address;

·         Communicating important updates or promotions (with your consent).

Your data will never be shared with third parties, except when necessary for fulfilling your order (such as sharing with delivery services). You can update or remove your personal information anytime through your account settings.

3.    Placing Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you need to cancel an order due to reasons such as selecting the wrong item, cancellation is possible by contacting us. 

Modifications to your order are allowed and can be made by contacting us directly—we will take care of the changes on our end to ensure everything is updated as requested.

4.    Product Information & Pricing

All items available at Aling Chulien are sourced from trusted suppliers in South Korea. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, prices, availability, and item details may change without notice, especially for pre-orders or limited editions.

We are not responsible for any minor variations in product packaging or design as provided by the manufacturer.

5.    Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide within the Philippines. Shipping fees range from Php 60 - Php 270, depending on the shipping method you choose. 

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (Metro Manila), 7-9 business days (Provincial). Applicable for onhand items only.

Same-Day Delivery: For in-stock items within Metro Manila, non-COD payments only.

If the shipping fee paid exceeds the actual amount, we will refund the excess via a voucher code that you can use on your next order. However, if the amount paid is less than the required shipping fee, we will contact you to settle the additional fee before proceeding with the shipment.

6.    Store Pick-Up

Customers will receive an email notification once their items are ready for pickup at our store. If the order is not picked up within 7 days of notification, a late pickup fee of Php 30 per week will be charged.

7.    Pre-orders

Pre-order items are subject to availability and may take 4-8 weeks. If you order a pre-order item alongside in-stock (on-hand) items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

8.    Payments

At Aling Chulien, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient. Below are the payment options and guidelines to ensure seamless processing:

·         We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Maya, and GCash.

·         All payments must be made in full before the specified deadline.

·         If payment is not received by the deadline, a late payment fee of Php 50 will be charged.

Orders will only be picked up and shipped once the full payment, including any late fees, is settled.

9.    Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

·         Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt;

·         Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact;

·         An unboxing video must be provided to verify the item’s condition upon delivery.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items damaged due to customer mishandling or for changes of mind.

10.  Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed through any payment method that is convenient for the seller and acceptable to the buyer.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider use

11.  Limitations of Liability

Aling Chulien is not responsible for:

·         Damages caused by customers;

·         Delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers or external circumstances.

·         Manufacturing Defect
